The Percolator Story

Nine months ago, a happy clapper, a Lego tower engineer, an accordion player and a flamenco dancer got together and created Percolator Consulting.

Our expertise ranges from CRM architecture to large scale direct action organizing, but combined we have a superpower: Engagement.  Our mission is to help our clients build and deepen relationships with the people who matter most to their missions, whether they’re volunteers, donors, politicians, students or customers.

Percolator principals are Sarah Francis, Chris McCullough, Matthew Scholtz and Karen Uffelman.  Sarah was most recently a campaign director and CTO at MomsRising, while Karen, Chris and Matthew previously worked together at Groundwire. We are headquartered in a bright blue office at The HUB in Seattle’s Pioneer Square.

Other regular contributors on Percolator projects include Nic Campbell with his mad Salesforce skills, John Fine, defender of data quality, David Glick and Jesse Snyder, web coding ninjas, and Richard Yang, who keeps our books in fine order.

We’ve been crazy busy since opening our doors nine months ago, working with our clients to serve up a strong brew of strategic engagement and cutting edge technology.  We’re proud to be working with great clients including Northwest institutions like the Mountaineers, national groups like FoodCorps and international organizations like Greenpeace.

Be sure to sign up for our Coffee Break email list where twice a month, the folks at Percolator Consulting share the links, thoughts, images and random cat videos that have been brewing around our office.  We promise it will be just the stimulating bit of distraction you need to help you do your work better and smarter (or at least it will be interesting).

Finally, we’re throwing our 1st anniversary party in November.  Stay-tuned for details!
