Paula Berg, Project Manager
As a Project Manager, Paula works directly with clients and leads technical projects from start to finish. Her favorite part is being able to help transform seemingly complex processes into effective real-world solutions so that nonprofit staff can focus on making the world a better place.
Paula came to Percolator with over 17 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector, where she worked for organizations across the sector including community health, higher education, foundations and environmental education. In these roles, she managed projects involving teams of all sizes and skill sets, including everything from volunteer coordination, scholarship and alumni programs, grant writing and grant making, fundraising campaigns, outreach and events, and a variety of technical projects.
