Kai has spent over a decade working at the intersection of nonprofits and technology. They are passionate about helping organizations succeed by making tech work for them, not the other way around.

At Percolator, Kai co-leads discovery work to deeply understand client needs and processes, then designs technical solutions grounded in how people actually do their work. As a technical architect on implementations, they guide the development process to ensure what gets built is thoughtful, sustainable, and works well for the people using it. They bring a particular passion for clean data, clear documentation, and systems that save clients time and energy.

At home, Kai serves on the board of the Bradley Street Bicycle Co-op. When they're not untangling a complicated data model or mapping out an integration, you can find them biking around the country and on the hunt for new vegan spots.
